What does the Kreatwear 1-Year & Lifetime Warranty cover?

All products come with a 14-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. A lifetime color/plating warranty applies only to stainless steel pieces. Materials such as brass and 925 silver are not covered. The warranty excludes damage from everyday use or impacts. Defective pieces must be reported within 14 days of receipt by contacting Kreatwear moderators.

To claim the warranty, simply email or DM a photo of the item along with your order number to our support team, and we'll process a replacement for you.

Our process uses the highest-quality plating available, which allows our jewelry to last longer than any typical plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest-lasting available.
